CANCELLATION – REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All services purchased through https://www.findopencalls.com are digital in nature. When the user purchases a subscription or any digital service through the platform, the user is deemed to have electronically accepted the Service Terms and the Distance Service Agreement presented to them.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti. does not sell physical products through https://www.findopencalls.com. All services consist of digital content delivered instantly (subscription access, project-matching tools, AI-powered content generation, etc.). Therefore, pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, “the withdrawal right does not apply, as the digital content is performed instantly.”

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• The user may cancel their subscription at any time.
• A cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless the user disables auto-renewal.

4. REFUND CONDITIONS

Once digital service activation has occurred, no refunds shall be issued for the following reasons:

• The service has been used,
• The digital content has been delivered instantly,
• Platform access has been granted.

However, in the event of a technical or service-related malfunction, BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to review the situation and issue an exceptional refund at its discretion.

5. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Because digital content is delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, if the user registers on the platform for the first time and service access has not yet been provided, a withdrawal request may be evaluated.

6. UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE

If a payment is reversed by the payment provider due to unauthorized or fraudulent use of the credit card (chargeback), BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated subscription.

7. TECHNICAL FAILURES

If service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue originating from BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti. or the payment provider:

• The user may request a plan change,
• The user may request the re-provision of the service,
• If necessary, the user may request a refund.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user is responsible for safeguarding their account and access credentials. Any damages arising from incorrect, improper, or malicious use of the service shall be borne by the user.

9. REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved by BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti.:

• The refund amount will be forwarded to the payment institution within 15 business days,
• Bank processing and posting times are outside the control of BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti.

10. ACCESS TO SERVICE

Once payment is completed, subscription access is automatically granted to the user’s account. No physical delivery takes place.

11. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the payment method falls into default or a chargeback occurs, BC Partnering Danışmanlık Organizasyon ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti. may initiate the necessary legal procedures to collect the invoice amount and any outstanding receivables.
